I have had both. I enjoyed the size and removable battery of the Q but the classic's tool belt and track pad are almost essential to me. So I would choose the classic -- I think it's a better device overall.

Right, really like that about my classic as well. It's a really hard decision, but I will decide next week

In my opinion the toolbelt is not as useful and powerful as it was with the devices that ran OS 7 and older.

Also I like smaller phones and the Q10 fits right in here.

Well I think it might have been more powerful in OS7 and below -- what capabilities do you think it's missing?

I like hitting end to get back to the homescreen instead of swiping up on the screen. I think using back to close active frames is better than hitting the small X in the corner. Send and end keys for calls is better to me than using the screen (esp to open the phone app). Those are the reasons that I enjoy the classic over the Q10. If this had a removable battery and passport specs it would be the perfect device IMO.

Classic has more LTE and 3G bands than Q10 does. Especially Classic has AWS that can run on Wind or Tmobile. Plus physical Send and End keys are really useful during the winter time because touch screen maybe not responsive when it's too cold outside.

The only thing I don't like Classic is It's too expensive.

Buy a Passport and keep your Q10 as second phone.
    Speaking of collecting BlackBerry : I have a Passport, a Q10, a 9810, a 9720 and a 9790. Keep switching them just for feeling comfortable.

I have both the Q10 and the Classic both devices have their own merits the Q10 is such good device to use for its size and feels great in the hand and the Classic is a great business device with a solid feeling build quality and always gets attention and admiration whenever anyone sees it I personally would not part with any of these BB10 is my choice over any other operating system

Buy new display, new keyboard and new battery.

You will have a new classic.

If you don't want that then buy a new classic.

Q10 is a very nice device but too small.

If a person wants a larger device (after all these started out as phones that we carry), they are more than welcome to carry a laptop around with them.

The sizing of newer devices is making me remember the early cell phones like the Motorola "Brick" and how much trouble it was to carry one of those around with us. Then I remember how technology changed and we had phones that were the size of our thumbs when closed, with keypads that you need a pencil to dial a number. Truth be told, I believe we were better off having just cellular phones that we could use for having conversations and having to go home to use a computer to access the Internet. Life was simpler back then (and "then" was only two decades ago).
