    Hi I am trying to upgrade from my BB 9900 to a Q10 but I'm having issues with my Q10 and thing the OS is corrupted i tried to reload from my PC and after it downloads the OS and expands it it comes up with an error. is there any other way to install a new fresh OS?

    Did you get the file from this thread? OS 10.3.2.2876 Live Links (incl. autoloaders)

    If it is corrupt, you need to delete it and re-download the OS.

    Please look for the OS autoloader for the Q10 in the first post. It it an official OS.
