How does it fit? I read that the hard shell case can leave a scratch on the phone. The soft shell case is not snug fit.

Also, does the hard shell case come with screen protector?

I read through amazon and ebay. some say it comes with the screen protector, some say it does not. I m guessing one of them must be the fake one...

same thing about the scratch on the phone after inside case for a while

I would probably just go with the one with the more and better reviews. And whatever your gut tells you.

I have the soft case. I love it. It's nice and snug on my Q10.

I had both though I don't use them anymore. The hard shell came with a screen protector and it had a nice fit. Not too tight or loose. It even protected my phone from a fall. The soft shell didn't have a screen protector and it had a loose fit. I also found that one corner didn't cover the bezel as evenly as the others. With that in mind I would recommend the hard shell over the soft she'll.

I had a hard shell with screen protector before and I am using a soft shell on my Q10 now. Like Couver81 said, the hard shell fits the phone perfectly and the soft one has a loose fit on the top right corner. Both give minor protection for the phone. If you want to secure your investment, try to get an Otterbox case instead.

I got both. Soft shell does not fit snug because it is completely loose on upper right corner, hard shell is better despite looks cheap, mean snug fit not leaving scratches on phone. In a hard shell option you got two offer in package, with screen protector and without.
