I've just noticed that my Q10 is no longer recognized by my computer on USB. It'll charge well enough but is not recognized by BlackBerry Link. What happened and more importantly, how can I remedy this?

might sound dumb, but have you tried rebooting your Q?

I might be wrong but maybe you have USB Mass Storage turned on, which would prevent BlackBerry Link from detecting it?

So OP, did restarting your phone/computer fixed it or are you still experiencing the same problem?

I am experiencing this same issue too ever since I installed the leak OS. The leak works fine on my. Q10 but my BlackBerry link on my PC doesn't recognize my phone anytime I connect with a USB. It always request me to reboot. And I can't do dat cos I love my Q10 with the leak OS

USB Mass Storage is off and reboot didn't make a difference either.
