My Q10 has not been able to power on for a couple of days now. I have tried pulling out the battery and SIM card over night and it has not worked for me. The charging port on it is damaged so I charge the battery with an universal charger which has been working fine for about a year now. Thanks for any advice or trick you may recommend
It's a known fault on the Q10 it happened to mine, google it. It's a brick file it in the bin, sorry
I got a bad charging port too but got it to work but I don't know for how long. USB plugged in the port is a bit loose so I wiggled it around slowly in different directions, maybe there's a loose connection. Just last night, I pulled up on the back end of the plug and my Q10 recognized it was plugged in and charged up. But then sometimes when I unplug it, the charging icon continues to flash.
