    My q10 was running good on os 10.3.2.2xxx yesterday but when i wake up in morning then i saw it was not open then i think that my battery charge has been down then i charged it for nearly 1 hour but it was not charged and it always shows battery low sign when trying to open. So plz help me.Thanks

    Maybe you have debris in your USB port.

    Is there any indication it detects your charger?
