My phone took a nasty fall a week back..ever since then talking on the microphone doesn't seem to be that good anymore as the other party can't seem to hear me at times

Is there a way to check the hardware?

Or am I thinking too much? I've heard of weak 4G signals playing a part in microphone quality.. but this applies to bbm calls (rarely).

Could be a reception issue if it's only happening in certain areas, but you might have a loose connection. Are you still under warranty? You should check with your carrier.

I had the same problem with the microphone and my Q10 didn't fall.
In addition, my space bar quit working. I already have a replacement and it's fine now.
