    Got my Q10 a couple months ago. About 4 times a day my device seems to lock up?? It will go to a solid blank screen and then a light purple Blackberry Symbol will show on the screen for a few minute. Then the word BlackberryQ10 is displayed in white lettering and then in a few seconds the device comes back on?

    sounds like its rebooting, probably either a loose battery or you need to reload the os again or try a leaked os

    Or you have sideloaded "android app installation" an app that is doing this...
