    Posting for the Mrs. Her G and F key have suddenly stopped working. You have to press extremely hard on them for it work and I mean like press really hard. Any work around to fixing it or does she need a new keyboard?

    I have nearly the exact same problem on my Q10 except it is my 'G' and "H' keys. This started about 3 weeks ago and I've had this phone just over a year. I did not drop the phone prior to the malfunction. I'd like to get the keyboard fixed or replaced but I do not yet know how to go about this. Any suggestions? (Atlanta, Georgia)

    Nope, the Mrs takes such good care of her phones, I've dropped my passport about 10 times since I've got it, to the point where the edges have dent. Not her though.
