    anyone experience this ? currently my Q10' kepayd for word "c" has broken, and double and even triple typing for "0" number

    anyone can advise how much will it spent to fix it ?

    If the phone is only three months old, then you should get it fixed under warranty. If is it used and YOU have only had it for three months, the keyboard replacements are not expensive (eBay) and with a couple of tools (if you have some mechanical skills), you should have no problem.

    old blackberry keyboard was very though ;( guess I have to go to waranty services, hopefully the repair will finished within hours since this is my work phone

    The Q10 keyboard has a faulty design, they released an improved version of the keyboard earlier this year which is more resistant. Might be quite possible your phone still has the original keyboard.
