Hi I have a Q10 on ATT and I'm extremely paranoid about this keyboard having issues down the line with keys becoming loose etc...do I need to get insurance for this or is this covered by BBs warranty?

    Thank you!

The keyboard is covered under your warranty for the phone itself. When I had a 9650 I had it replaced three times because of loose keys and paint chipping. I think you can call and speak with your carrier about kb problems if.it comes to that.

FWIW, I asked specifically about this issue before I handed over my cash. I was told that ATT will replace your phone for 1 year if any part of the keyboard goes south not caused by abuse or damage.
