    My new Q10 turns off suddenly at least one or two times a day, knowing that I have the latest software availlable.

    Is it randomly rebooting? Or does it just turn off?

    Actually it is rebooting randomly, sometimes once a day, sometimes more
    Model Number: SQN100-3
    OS: 10.1.0.2309

    are you using sd card? what about your sim card? did you cut it or coming from sevice provider? have you done the wiping procedure?

    No SD card. The vendor cut the sim for me and inserted it in the new Q10.
    What is the wiping procedure?
