My phone started acting weird a few weeks ago and i can only talk on speakerphone,i can hear the other person but they can't hear me
me if i answer the phone.I have had this phone for a few months and i run a buisness and i need this thing to work properly...i can't be
using speaker phone all the time...hopefully someone has an answer....thxs

I would try an OS reload. Connect your phone to BB Link and select reload OS. Make a full backup with Link first.

This happened to my Q10. People were have difficulty hearing me. On speakerphone it was fine though. After reloading the software failed to solve the problem, I exchanged it for a new handset that works. Others in this forum have shared this problem.
