Q10 Hub not working right

I just got my Q10 from AT&T a couple hours ago and have been setting it up (email, contacts, calendar, etc), but my Hub, or I guess getting to my Hub, isn't working right. I have to close out of an application & go back to the "home" or "active app" screen and then swipe left to open it. I can not swipe up from the bottom anywhere to get a peek or swipe up and right from the bottom to open it. It has the OS that came on it (AT&T hasn't released 10.2.1). Does not have a leaked OS on it. It's just right out of the box. I do have "allow gestures when locked" set to ON. I didn't think I would care for the Hub (I'm a tiny bit OCD lol), but turns out I love it so I want to have access to it like it's supposed to be. I've been all over YouTube looking at "how to" videos & done a fair amount of searching, but can't seem to find out how to fix it.

That is how it works. You can't peak from an app you have to minimize them then access hub.

I can't do anything from the bottom of my screen. It doesn't minimize and show the ?peek? or anything. Maybe I can take a pic or video of what I mean.

I seriously can't get this swipe to get to the Hub to work. I have to completely get out of an app and go back to the ?home? screen and then slide from the left. My swipe up and to the right doesn't do anything no matter Dow slow or fast I do It. Aybody have anyb help?

You are catching your finger on the thin black bar at the bottom of screen the bezel?

Yes I've tried starting at the bezel, a little farther up, a little farther over, higher up more toward the center of the screen. Nothing :(

Try an upside-down L figure, but don't release your finger. It'll allow you to peak at the hub, to remain in the app just backtrack the motion you just made. It'll take a few times for you to get it down, but after a few tries it'll become second nature.

Ohhh I think I did it! Dang I've been practicing for hours! ;) lol I think I was going too slow. Off to practice some more lol

Of course you can peak from any app. You swip up and ledt from the bottom and you'll get your hub.

Yes and now it's so easy and automatic that I don't know why I had such a hard time with it. I love the peek feature!
