Hellow guys I have a problem with my Q10 that If I want to charge it all morning from 5 Am to 1pm { while I'm sleeping ) when I woke up I find it have a lot of heat and the battery isn't full yet


Any fix for that problem?

How hot is hot? Download battery guru...it's a great app that will allow you to monitor your device temperature and usage/power draw etc etc. It maps out the battery usage and you can have an indication of whats going on.

Other than that, what OS version are you running? Also, using the stock charger is recommend as older chargers are rated slightly lower and would cause the device to charge slower.

The paperwork that comes with the Q10 says something about operating up to 95 degrees.

You can search for it on BlackBerry world and it will pop up $1.99USD. There are other apps that users like that are free, but Battery Guru is definitely worth it. Highly recommend it.

Regarding the OS, haven't seen or heard any issues as overheating on 10.2... Monitor the device, battery health etc with the app and you can take it from there. Mine does heat up a bit while charging (approx 34 - 35C sometimes).
