So recently I noticed I'm missing a lot of calls. I wondered what I was doing to not notice / hear a call.
Now I've realized my Q10 has gone completely silent despite being on Normal Profile.
I can't increase the volume if I go to notifications settings. It shows all alerts as off, however when I try to increase the notification volume using volume keys, it shows its full (maximum).

Do you use any third party app the controls notifications?
If yes, check its settings.
If no, do hard reboot by holding the volume up and down button simultaneously for a while
