I'm ok with paying an extra $75 for my Q10 over the Z10 but I'm very upset that my Koodo/Telus Q10 does not come with a leather swivel holster!

Every high end BB I have ever purchased has come with a holster!
The Q10 will be the go to phone for those on the go. People who need/want almost instant access to their phones will be wearing it with a holster. Nwow I have to pay an extra $40+ Tax for a holster!!! grrr

.....btw I know it has started to become less common for people to wear their phones on their belts, but that's no excuse, not when you look at who this phone is targeting.

Guess they think that if you pay so much for a phone then shelling out another few bucks for a leather holster won't be a big deal for you.

That might be a carrier thing. My 9900 did not come with a holster but my 9930 did.

And I do wear my phone clipped to my waist. It's convenient.

At least a leather sleeve would be nice, seems pretty standard for a new BB.

My Z10 dis not come with a holster...had to buy it separate, luckily the company discount kept it under $20.

I definately have my Z10 holstered to my hip. Gonna be awkward when work gets me a Q! Wonder if I should just put one on each hip, gunslinger style...

Gunslinger...even though it would look weird...hahaha

If it were me I would probably pocket sleeve the work phone.

Or go shoulder harness! Now that is the ticket!

Accessories are determined by your carrier, not by BlackBerry.

Can't use a stock holster with a case and not many people use them anymore so it's an expensive waste. Chargers are going to become an option too in the future for phones. I have 7. Didn't even take the wall and car charger out of the box when I got my ear piece, use my BBs, just through them away with the box.

In Canada, it's almost like all of the carriers decide on what to do together, everything from pricing to box accessories in terms of the Q10 is identical. It's all about making money, and by not including a holster, carriers are almost guaranteeing more money for themselves, as people will now have to purchase them separate if they want it. I did the right thing and ordered mine from Shop CrackBerry

I'm glad I kept by 9900 holster. Traded in my 9900 and was gonna give up the holster and box but the associate at Bell said keep it, Q10 will fit.

I had no idea anyone used those holster things. I've been including one free of charge whenever I sell a phone because I didn't think anyone would dare pay for one. I think the last time I noticed anyone wearing one was years ago when pant styles were too tight to comfortably put your phone in the pocket and people wanted to show off that they had a cell phone. Live and learn.....

I'm no fashion guru but I thought super baggy pants that make you look like you need your diaper changed were in. Very few men wear tight pants these days. Tight pants on women are still there (fortunately) but women have purses and most carry their phones in purses.

Who needs a holster unless you are Batman? I'm more concerned they made it without contacts for charging to save wear and tear on the usb port.

Batman wore a utility belt, not a holster.
