    It looks weird. Try removing sd card (and possibly sim card too).

    When you power device on does this appear, or?

    You have no OS installed. Run an autoloader. 10.3.2.2813 would be best.

    I will Mention it to the guy I might buy it from if it is just a software problem a link reset should fix it. I just don't want it to be hardware
