    Tonight my BB Q10 went off and I had three alerts regarding 3 email addresses. The alert said that the account(s) information had changed and to enter correct information. It was strangely asking for IMAP info for accounts that were setup as POP accounts.

    So I deleted the accounts, and reentered them again as POP accounts. Now these 3 email accounts do not show up under my current Active Notification profile, regardless of what it is set to.

    How do I get them back?

    Did you reboot after you readded them?

    On a side note, IMAP is more secure than POP - is there a specific reason you chose POP?
