    HI PEOPLES...

I HAVE A BLACKBERRY Q10 AND THE LAST WEEK I HAVE A PROBLEM.. THE POWER BUTTON ONLY WORKS FOR POWER DARKER SCREEN AND TO SHUT DOWN, BUT IF THE DEVICE IS TURNED OFF, THE POWER BUTTON DOES NOT WORK FOR POWER ON THE DEVICE.

I ALREADY TESTED ANOTHER CABLE POWER BUTTON BUT WITHOUT SUCCESS. PROBABLY A DEFECT IN THE CIRCUIT BUT IT STRANGE TO RUN OFF AND NOT POWER ON.

    SOMEONE ALREADY PASSED FOR THAT?

I did not understand if you really meant shut down, so turning off, or only turning on the screen after it has been locked... You might wake up the phone by swiping up (if in locked screen mode)...
In the phone settings, security, lock screen, you can toggle on/off the action of the upper button.
So if you really meant turning off the phone by shutting it down, it is wired that you can't restart it with the button!

    thanks anischab.

    I meant off the blackberry.

Taking out the battery, if I put the battery and press the power button it does not turn on

But the button works as usual with blackberry on.

The device only functions with the battery in... If you take the battery out, it would not turn on, even if you plugged the usb-charging-cable... It's a sort of serial circuit passing through the battery...
I hope you still can use your Q or is it "dead"??

You should not take the battery out... in older BB-devices you can.
Now, if you want to reboot your phone, you can restart by volume up and down buttons (like taking a screenshot, hold longer)...
If the phone shut down, battery out, you have to wait a little bit. Put the battery in again, let it charge say 30 min then restart.
The red light goes on then off, then device restarts.
If the red light flashes, it's an OS-problem.
If the device does not start, it's a hardware problem.

then it binds only after I connect a usb cable. For the use normally, but if I need to change the sim card and not in a place with cable to connect it, how to do?

It restarts if I press the volume buttons.

    I think it's a hardware problem
