    All of a sudden, a few days ago, one of my contacts started displaying the name "I'm" instead of this person's actual name?

    I do see the contact's correct picture.

    Why does it do this and how do I get my contact's name to re-appear properly. When I go to the contact's profile, the letters "I'm" don't appear, and the contact's name is correct. What's going on?

    Is it in a text? Did you maybe name the chat accidentally?
