    Dead. That is the only way to describe it. Nothing works. Pulled battery several times. Still dead. Plugged it into the wall with the OEM charger, and no battery. Left for 5 minutes, put the battery in with it still on the charger, nothing.

    I never let the battery get down anywhere near dead. I took the SIM out to write the number down for my records. Put it back in, battery back in, and that was all she wrote.

    Probably the battery might be loose. Try tightening by placing a small paper between the battery top edge and the enclosure. This will tighten up the battery and phone may turn on.

    The idea was to press the battery pins( the little 4 golden color) ones against the charging points. I hope you did the same.

    if this doesn't work I hope someone else can will be able to help you with this.

    Did you get it wet? Do you have a warranty? I ask because warranties are usually voided by water damage and getting a new one or that one fixed under warranty might be a last resort for you.

    I should also mention that if it DID get wet sometimes leaving it overnight in a bag of silica, or failing that, rice, can help.

    There is no water exposure to the device at all. Left it on the charger over night. Will be getting up here in a minute to check it.

    Left the device on the OEM charger into the wall for at least 6 hours over night. Phone is still dead. Nothing on the screen comes on, no red light, nothing. OEM charger tested with two other phones to ensure that it works, Galaxy SIII and BB 9650. Charger in perfect working condition.

    Help,please were you able to find a solution to it? The same thing just happen to me and am yet to find a solution,its just a 3months old q10, I will really appreciate some response

    Luckily, I purchased it from a seller here, and he gladly took it back to do the warranty exchange for me. Everything worked out very well for me. I hope that anyone that goes through this can get their situation resolved as easily as I did.

    Does the seller have any way to find out what was wrong with the device? Maybe this info could help other people on the forums.
