its just like the Z10 i think and its not so much "choice" as it is you need the right phone for your network. There is performance difference between each. What network you running on?

Yes, Z10 has different CPU on different models... But no official info about CPU on all Q10 models yet. Please check BlackBerry Q10 Different Models Explained on Q10 models.

You may also be referring to which LTE band the phone works on.

Make sure to do your homework. I read a thread that Rogers is offering two different band selections. Although this is just hearsay

I find it hard to believe that Rogers rumour is true...we'll see...
