    Hello,

This question has been asked many times and answered many times too!

I just got a Verizon Q10(SQN100-2) and it keeps restarting when it’s on battery. It stays on when it’s on the charger. I have tried to reset it with sachesi, loaded the latest update with Autoloader and tried to add a piece of business card / cardboard to hold the battery in place. Nothing seems to work. Is there anything else I can try?

    Thank you reading!

Will it reboot on its own sitting on a table, or does it reboot while you use it (when it's not still)?

It reboots on its own even when it’s sitting on a desk.

It still seems like a battery or battery contact issue - otherwise it would reboot on the charger too.

Thank you, my friend. I suspect the same. However, I have not been able to find a correct way to ensure that the battery contacts stay in place. Is there a way to create a temporary connector to ensure that the contacts stay in place?

I'm not sure. Maybe a local phone shop can help.

Try cleaning the contacts and making sure that the battery is pushed tightly against them.

You can use a piece of paper or card board to hold battery tight with your phone's connector.

Do u have any android app installed? Or heavy app installed. I have 3 q10 and me too I thought it was the battery but it's not. They all do the same thing, I'm pretty sure it's software
