    Installed new VERIZON OS 10.2.1.2122 on Q10 and now can't save changes in edit contacts . . . please help

    Edit it. Save then wait for a few seconds for it to appear. If that doesn't work. Exit the contacts. Then go back and check. Happens to me too.

    I have seen this happen on my Q10 running 20.2.1.228 but have not been able to duplicate the issue. I have an individual contact that i "believe" (not sure) was created by adding the contact either through a text or phone call where i added them as a new contact with just a "First_Name new client". Later when i had the correct spelling on the Last Name i edited it (can't remember if it was done in Outlook or on my Q10) by removing the "new client" text and Added the Last_Name. Whatever i do with this contact will not match up with my Outlook record and does not even display the Last_Name on the OS10 record in th eContacts List, when i first Open the Record, until i select Edit where the last name will show up.

    I have tried to duplicate this but can not re-create the error all of the expected actions happen on tests i have done this morning. Create-Add Create-Edit Desktop<->Device and vice versa. Sorry I can' provide a solution but simply an account of a similar issue on an individual contact that was created/edited on .2228 in the last few days.

    The terrible thing about a bug like this is it would truly be a bug if it could be duplicated and replicated. This is just a very frustrating problem, hopefully with just one record, but i have over 3,300 contacts on my phone and there is no practical way of verifying if the problem exists on other records or groups of records.

    been doing that . . worked fine with earlier OS . . . Z10 does the same thing Can ad photos and edits contact info but won't save . . . no matter how long I wait.

    With 10.2.1 I think there is a new setting where you choose which account is the default saving accounts
