I have the the body naked with a tempered glass screen protector. I use a seidio spring clip holster (naked q10 only). Holster is very fast,light and secure with sleeper function. I wear scrubs for work.

Yes. It adds bulk but also a little better grip imo. Also, I like cases that have external buttons, they are just easier to push for me.

With that being said, I prefer my Q10 naked with a tempered glass screen protector.

It's as slippery as the phone is. No grip hardly at all.

My favorite case that adds some grippiness is the Incipio Frequency case or others made from that type of material.

That's what I do when I'm at home surrounded by carpet, but the idea of an accidental drop makes me always put my lovely in an outfit when I'm at work or going out.

Yeah, I know what you mean. I just put a case back on but this time I use another case, silicone, thinner and it does not block the side of the keyboard, not as great as bareback but still good
