I have a Q10 - OS 10.2.1.2156 and it pairs with my 2008 Lexus. Problem is the phone rings but I can't hear the ringing coming thru the car. I can see on NAV screen that a call is coming thru but I can't hear ringing coming thru the car speakers.
Also, the phone book does not down load to the car.

I know its the Q10 because i tried an iPhone5 that I paired and I can hear the call thru the speakers, no problem.

I have seen older posts with problems with OS 10.1.XXXX and I thought this was resolved. Any help/insight will be appreciated. Thanks

This happened to me after one particular OS upgrade -- an option turned itself off. Try going to Bluetooth, select the entry for your Lexus and tap Configure. If not enabled, turn on the "rSAP Mode". That may do the trick.

Ok, I'll try that when I get to the car later. I did check bluetooth config settings ( I am not paired with car) and rSAP is turned ON. Thanks for the prompt reply. It's just frustrating, this should not happen and I'm sure its something simple as the calls are coming thru.

I know, it can be a royal pain setting up Bluetooth with some cars. The in-car settings are typically not intuitive, the owner's manual is not usually too helpful, and the manufacturer's website seems to have even less info.
