I understand that mobile phone incoming call volume & clarity is a 100% subjective thing...but how is it on the Q10? My mobile phone OCD still has me interested in a Q10...since I remember how much I loved the qwerty keypad on my legacy BB devices.

I'm especially interested in the reports from those who have gone from an iPhone 5 to the Q10. Is the Q10 louder overall at maximum volume adjustment? At that adjustment, how is incoming call clarity? I've heard in more than one report that the sound quality is muddy.

I went from an iPhone 4S to the Q10. The call quality is of similar to better quality to me. There are some reports (probably hardware issues). My call quality is really good, and ultimately depends on your carrier as well. There is adjustable volume during the call, as on the iPhone. Best advice: try it out yourself!

Coming from a Verizon device the call quality and volume is one of the best I have had so far. Its the same if not better than my old 9930 Bold I had. The Q10 beats my Lumia 928 in call quality but not the speaker phone since the 928 has a very large speaker.
BlackBerry has always been known for their call quality and I don't thing you will be disappointed with it. Just remember signal and the device on the other end make up the call quality you get each time.
