    I'm a crackberry newbie so be gentle!

    I have a Q10 w/10.1.0.4189 and am having huge issues with the browser not functioning properly. Since everything is really internet with these I also have problems with maps, I'm sure other apps as well but I'm a pretty limited user. I live on my email (MS Hosted Exchange) and some TXT.

    I go to run Browser and the screen comes up blank (even though I've set it for Bing or Google) and then times out with an error. I found other threads talking about changing the setting to 'about:blank' and clearing history/cookies. This may or may not work and may have to be repeated several times before I can get back to a Bing or Google window. I may have 'Internet' access for a few visits and then back to the mentioned issue.

    Any 'real' fixes?

    Hasn't your carrier provided a 10.2 update? I'm sorry, I don't know a way to fix this issue... sorry to seem irrelevant.
