Happy Weekend! The evolution of BlackBerry devices here seems to be charting back to the Q.

Z10 | Q10 | Black Passport | Red Passport | Silver Edition Passport | Red Passport | Gold Q10

I have been wanting to order the P'9883 as a daily, but would want the Graphite frame with the original glass weave back cover, leather for the back is cute but too thin to last from what I've read. So before piecing together a Porsche Design I wanted to put together a Q10 alternative to swap out with my normal silver unit. Thought I would share the results, here a few shots of the goods. Thinking the Red will be for sale soon, the Q works without fail and all of our company invoices are digital on an iPad mini so that thing is nearby if I must use it. The end result is I really like the gold & black Q10 and have, for now, eliminated the urge to buy a P'9883.

Nice stuff, perhaps too breakable for a simple Locksmith. The gold pairs well with a wedding ring that was installed on my left hand 17 years ago, my finger increased in size or the ring shrunk, either way it is a permanent gold band that will only be removed upon death... with BlackBerry in hand. Sitting in the parts drawer I have plenty of parts to rebuild this one without the need of a jeweler (2 gold housings, 4 screens, 3 full Q10 phones (2 bad imei), 4 batteries with external chargers and a few keyboards) business must go on, even if I close the phone in a vault door.
