    That's a native feature of BBM since OS 5,and I've already heard people mentioning it being there.

    No you cannot broadcast to all and you cant broadcast to a certain group either. You must manually select each contact!!!

    Yes you can. At least on 10.2. which is what I have installed:

    Broadcast
    Tap plus sign to select contacts
    Tap three dots in lower right corner
    Select all
    Done
