I have one, no difference. I have the battery charger too, but after charging spare battery, it discharges just sitting there and when I need it, its dead....annoying

How often were you swapping batteries and I'm assuming your using the OEM bundle was it discharging in one day...
I am charging same battery a few times, then swapping. But both batteries last the same. And yes its OEM bundle with battery charger

What carrier and region are you located in, have you side loaded any apps did you upgrade to the latest OS 3175? Can you screen shot you device monitor screen please?
I average 2 days on a single charge, easily 14 to 16 hours with psycho heavy use, though I do not use it for games, videos or music.
I can easily get 18 hours with similar usage (no games, videos, or music). I don't use facebook or twitter either, but I do BBM and Skype (sometimes with video calling). I use Google Talk and Yahoo instant messenger also and make plenty of phone calls.
I figured out my battery has pretty much bit the dust in the last day or so. System was eating up a huge chunk of it so I rolled back to a previous OS install and at 100% I was only showing 4 hours of battery time. So this weekend I will be getting a new battery.
You rolled back on an OS that you previously had? You have to give it a solid 7 days I'll say 72 hour settle period but by day 6 and 7 you should pretty much get the gist of things as far as what's draining you. I've been browsing the forums and I'm still seeing BBM(apps permissions), PIM services and polling in weaker service areas.
I seriously don't understand some people say the q10 battery life sucks.
I've owned 8 different phones now in the last 12 months and I can tell you that the q10 ain't doing bad at all!
It's hard to compare it to other high end phones, since they have way bigger battery's but still around the same life cycle. This is duo to way higher specs on the android phones.
If you think this battery sucks than its going to be hard for you to get a phone that does "way" better.
Next time you should look at the battery before you buy a phone. Buy a phablet and enjoy it!
I just recently did a security wipe on my AT&T Q10 and now my battery has just been ridiculously bad. I lose around 15% an hour and I haven't changed anything usage wise. If anything I use it a lot less. In comparison, before my reset I would have 50%+ left when I plugged it in for the night. I have also noticed that my phone gets a lot hotter than I have ever felt it before. I can't figure it out.
