    Hi all,

Q10 user with a battery approx 1 year old with moderate heavy use I suspect.

I upgrade to 10.3.1 and ever since then I do find that the battery performance has diminished a bit on an already diminishing battery.

Ordered a replacement from Amazon but I was wondering if anyone know an app or a way to gauge the health of an existing battery? I don't mind keeping an extra one around just wanna know how much longer this bad boy has. I had an app on my Playbook that would give battery charge count and battery health but I can not find anything now.

    Thanks!

I don't know about existing apps, but I do know that if you pop into the Engineering Screen, one of the sections includes battery health.

Just wondering if the Engineering Screen is the same as the Blackberry Virtual Expert? I am not sure where to find the engineering screen.

    Thanks a bunch

    I don't know - its well hidden.

How to access the engineering (Help Me!) screen on BlackBerry 10 | CrackBerry.com

Be careful, feel free to explore, but don't start flipping switches you don't know the point of!

I had a look at my virtual expert and what I see is a Battery Health green dot. I am not sure where the actual health indicator is. Do you have any idea? Is it displayed as a % or something?

    Thanks a bunch.

The green dot is the only indicator I see on the Virtual Expert app.
I attached the screenshots of the BASA app that gets more detailed info. The unlocking of full version is paid.
