    So for some reason,

    The andriod player on my Q10 KEEPS crashing ... Won't load the instagram app, wont load the (official) Skype port from BB World, etc.. It'll do the blue load up screen but crash half way, EVERYTIME

    What's up?

    I've seen some people type android as andriod is this a typo or in some country android is called andriod?

    The andriod runtime that comes orginally with the phone (not sure if that answers your question)

    Have you tried hard reboot by pressing vol +/- untill the device off

    After you sideload did you do hard reset?
    If it doesnt work then I guess you have to reload the os using BlackBerry link or autoloader

    The runtime on my Q does the same. I can't use Skype from BlackBerry World, because it keeps crashing. I had been running a bunch of leaks, and thinking that was the problem I returned back to the latest official OS, but didn't fix anything.

    But my screen is acting up as well, so maybe I just have a lemon phone. Taking it in to my carrier today.
