I listen to TuneIn at work and I will close the app and when I unplug my earphones my Q10 will automatically open the music player and play music from the speaker or sometimes will activate the voice recognition app.

Any ideas why? I will say it just started today and the only change is that I added an otterbox defender case yesterday.

Have you tried closing down TuneIn first and see if it does the same thing when unplugging the headphones?

I do close TuneIn first. I just did a battery pull and tried it, samething happens. I also took the earphone jack while plugged in and rocked it side to side and it caused the Q10 ro launch the music player and'or the voice recognition app. Thinking I might have a bad earphone jack. Funny that it worked fine for a month and now it acts up.

Got home from work and tried a different pair of earphones and it worked perfectly.
