I've had my Q10 since last September and no problems with it...until now. For some reason, the set up speed dial screen shows up for no reason. I'm not sure why. I haven't dropped it, although the A key sometimes sticks. Not sure if this is why my BB is doing this.

Any one have any remedies?

Set up the quick dial next time it comes up with a random contact. If you look through the quick dial in the phone settings after and that random contact is listed under the A then that is what is sticking. You may want to push down and wiggle the A key for a while and see if that remedies it. If not it may need replacing. Don't push too hard and kind of massage it. Lol.
