Seems like the leak is primarily installed on Z devices...

Maybe the security settings changed? Do you still allow CB App to attach your pictures?

Ok let's do this......my Q10 / SQN100-5 running the 10.3.0.296-OS with the 10.3.0.441-Radio. Side-loaded the 140-settings 'Bar' to get the notifications issue fixed then side-loaded 296-settings 'Bar' back while retaining the ability to change notifications. Aside from my 'Intelligent Assistant' which seems to be drunk most of the time everything else is working very, very good......imo not even the watermarks are a real big deal, they kind of look sexy in a way...............

@rayporsche, you can get rid of the words under the buttons (ie in the hub, below the compose icon it says compose) by going to the main settings, display, then near the bottom it says, "always show icon labels" with a toggle.

Just and fyi if you wanted to get rid of them / take a few rows of pixels back haha

That is correct, I got it there and the procedure that I usually follow goes like this:
1. Download and unzip OS-Autoloader, on this particular case it was necessary to download and unzip the Radio-Autoloader too.
2. Start OS-Autoloader then connect phone, on or off it doesn't really matter.
3. Once the process finishes and the phone reboots I start the Radio-Autoloader right then and there without setting up anything and because the phone was already connected, well you should know the rest.
4. Next reboot comes and the OS and Radio are already installed, now I set up accounts and whatnot.
5. Enable 'Developers Mode' and using the 'DDPB Installer' I proceed to install the BAR files, in this case I installed the 140-settings BAR in order to be able to set the notification preferences, then reinstalled the 296-settings BAR and the notification features remained functional. I only use the Chrome feature to remove bloatware and such.

* I never do security wipes, the autoloaders should wipe pretty much everything nor I ever restore anything, I always start from scratch and set up everything clean, contacts will be available once I sign one of the e-mail accounts.

Perhaps is my current 'Font Size' preferences which at this time is 11, you can always go down to suit your taste or up for that matter....

I have the 10.3 on my Q10, for the most part it works well. Couple things that I find annoying, like the search feature isn't has good - just start typing on the keyboard the previous search stays there which irks me, and takes a little longer to populate. Copy and paste isn't has responsive either.

My experience with 10.3 isn't bad nor good, I do like the UI but needs improvement before full release.

I've noticed it. I don't know any fix, although I guess you could get a ringtone that's loud to start with.
