I have a problem with my proximity sensor. I try on BBVE and the response is almost always that far is ok but near doesn't work. during a call the screen is on and often during a call I push some buttons... I found an app, pocketsafe... can it help me to solve the problem ? thanks, regards

If you have tried rebooting/restarting and it did not help, it might be hardware as BBVE shows problems. You could try reloading the OS but I doubt that will help.

Time to time, for some mysterious reason, proximity sensor on bb stops working. In 99% cases it is software bug, and it can be fixed successfully by rebooting a device. I behold this issue since 10.3.0.
