    I have tried downloading it five times. It says that it is complete but when I check again in a matter of minutes the update is still there? Any advice from others who had this problem?

    I've had the problem on my Z10. But that was only with 10.0 and it was a small 2mb update. It was always there. I found once I did a back up with bblink. It was fine.

    Just saw your reply. I ended up calling VZW and they suggested a master reset so I did that. Seems it works. I'm just a stickler about updates. Thanks for your help

    Plug in to a charger while updating, if it doesn't help, then try wifi only as that fixed my same issue
