Still using 10.2.1 (OS v.3442) I have recently started to observe a problem with my calendars, which I hadn't previously been aware of while using my Q10 for the last 8 months.
My Q10 syncs multiple calendars with a few different cloud based CalDAV servers (MSexchange, iCloud, www.memotoo.com); sync times are usually set to every 30min.
What appears to be happening now is that the Q10 wipes existing appointment data while going through a sync cycle, so that all appointments disappear is this normal?
It may be more obvious to me because I have a lengthy commute on the train where data connections are frequently lost and therefore sync cycles can take longer but it seems to have become more frequent over the last couple of weeks. Previously I don't recall seeing blank calendars at any time is there something I need to check in settings?

Hi. Go through your settings one time. There shouldn't be sth very special to modify. Either you observe it or you try to remove the account(s) and to reset them up again if the issue continues. It is not normal to erease existing appointments, unless the Q10 "thinks" his 'empty calendar' is the 'master' calendar and begins to clear appointments because they might have been deleted. So I suggest to observe the behaviour of the Q10 in the case of an appointment that has been entered on/by an other source. Is it then added to the Q10 or deleted by the Q10 to keep synchronized?

Something very strange is going on ...
I just deleted and reset my CalDAV accounts, it synchronises as expected and populates my calendars with appointments - great. A bit later when I pick up the Q10 and reopen Calendar it all clears until I do a refresh

Update - the Q10 doesn't seem to delete any events, wherever they are created i.e. those added on my Mac are faithfully replicated. It just seems to periodically clear the calendar display of appointments so that I have to force a refresh - everything comes back fine but it is irritating when I pick up the Q10 to check my calendar and there's absolutely nothing there.

At least you know that it is only a "display" problem and that the appointments remain in the cloud, that the Q10 does not delete them.
Have you tried to keep the canlendar activated, as active frame, does it tend to refresh every time, too?
I use outlook.com and my gmail calendars, my calendar is always open/active frame I did not notice such delays.
