Hi all-

I'm having a very strange problem with the YouTube website on my Q10.

It's really strange; it connects fine and plays videos fine when connected to Wi-Fi, but when I'm out and about with just the 3G connected, anytime I've ever tried to go to the YouTube website, it prompts me to download something first. Whether or not I do so, I still never proceed to the actual website. See the attached screenshot..

Any help is appreciated! Thanks guys.

That's odd! Maybe since you only experience this when you're on your mobile network you should contact your carrier. Maybe they have a certain setting activated (like a parental control, for example) that they shouldn't.

Hey. You were right about the parental controls. My carrier deactivated them and it works perfectly now. Thanks again for your suggestion!
