I've a problem with my emails: they disappear as soon as I empty the server.
My email account is Office 365 and I download the email with Outlook. When I download the email in my PC (and the server becomes empty), the same email disappears from Q10.
This is because Q10 makes a syncro with the server's inbox folder.
How can I disable this function? I went to account settings and the inbox folder is grayed.

Sounds like an Outlook setting...? Maybe you can set the outlook account to NOT delete from server upon download?
Thank but I do NOT want to leave email in the server.
Whan I used BB 8520 I didn't have such a problem.

Sounds like you are using IMAP on the phone and POP3 on your PC. Your PC downloads and deletes the emails at the server according to some interval setting. Next time your Q10 syncs up those emails will disappear. So your options are ---
Use IMAP on your PC as well (set in Outlook).
Or set your POP3 settings in Outlook on your PC to "leave a copy on the server when mail is retrieved". Then you'd just manage the deletes on your Q10.
There are some other options but none as good that I can think of.

thank you for the suggestions but I would not leave the email on the server: this is the reason I use POP 3 with Outlook.
With 8520 there is not this problem: this means that 8520 doen't sync with the server.
I'd prefer to disable sync mode in Q10
