    Hello, i had some problems with my Q10 so i tried to wipe data
    while wiping it took long time so i pulled the battery out, then i restarted the mobile and what i got is "connect mobile to Computer" logo and i tried to connect it and press reload from LINK so i can get the factory settings but nothing happened
    and it keeps saying "can't communciate with device" on my LINK.

    Welcome to the Forums. Have you tried to simply use a leaked OS autoloader?

    Welcome. Try moving it to another USB port so as to cause a driver Reinstall. Worth a try.
