The system in my computer is win7-64, and the computer in my office is xp.
connecting to my office's computer can show 2 removable disk, but connecting to my own computer will not show that, who knows why, and how can I fix it?

One computer has BB Link installed, the other one doesn't. If Link is installed you see the SD card and the internal memory each as one removable drive. If you don't have Link installed you can mount still the SD card on your computer but this needs to have mass storage mode switched on on your BB device.

both computer has link installed, and while I connected to computer, I did not switch on the mess storage mode.
If I switch on the mess storage mode, the computer will see the removable SD card only, this is normal.
