Hi guys, I just update my Q10 to the official release of 10.2 through Telus and and am encountering a big problem. Under my text messages, before I upgraded..they were list by the contact name I had them in my phone. Now when I go into my text messages, all I see are the numbers of the people without the contact name even though the number is stored in my phone under a contact. I want to see the contact name,Not the number..can someone please help me?

Just spent about 4+ hours trying to get my Q10 updates to work...downloads and installs finished quickly, but now my touch screen basically doesn't work. If i swipe up it shows the lock screen, but I can't do any gestures from there. Any tips before I do a full reload??

Did the update OTA through Telus.

in 10.1 i had the issue of text msgs not loading, in the sms main frame i could see a preview but when i go to open it, it just opens one contacts conversation but doesn't show the actual conversation, and now with 10.2 its the same issue, pain in the *** anyone know how to fix this problem

I had the same issue with 10.1. Very annoying....although with BBM multi-platform I stopped texting people. Still waiting to figure out my basically bricked Q10

I tought the Update will bring new features on my BBQ10 , like "Usb to Go" and "lock screen notifications"
Instead of this ( both doesn't work !) the update ruined my seeking behavior by dissabeling the "web search providers"
That are some big steps backwards, and not one forward.
the whole update looks realy buggy to me , for example here a screen shoot from the German Blackberry Hup Help, which opens after the update to explain the new featurs
there is now way to scrol down ( The sentens is cut off) and read the whol text

So i join whit Op , the search provider thing is a major feature for me too!
I would be pleased if anyone out there got an solution , at least vor this search thing!

It took me forever to figure out the lock screen notifications... I literally googled the heck out of this and finally saw on one site that you actually have to click the icon on the lock screen and then the previews pop up.. so if you see you got a text message, click on the actual sms icon on the lock screen, and preview pops up right next to it.. also, you have to click on each icon separately.. so it doesn't show you all the sms, email, bbm, etc at once.. you click on each one, and then the messages appear for each category... hope this helps!
