    please i have blackberry q10 blocked on two red light signals that turn on and off as well. I was on version 10.3.3 I do not know what to do help me please

    Those led flashes are diagnostic, it means something is wrong with it. You MIGHT try reloading the OS with an autoloader. You'll need to make sure you get the correct one. Others will have to direct you as I'm a little out of the loop on BB10.
