Go to the Hub, click for Options, select Priority Hub, select On.

Btw, there is no Priority Hub icon. There is a Hub and Text icon. I don't know if you meaant you deleted Hub icon or disabled Priority Hub. But I gave you steps to enable Priority Hub.

Unfortunately, after you delete an icon, to bring it back- you have to reinstall the OS from BlackBerry Link Software through your computer

There is no Priority Hub icon, just a setting in Hub settings to turn it off. So his fix is either to do that, or if it is the Hub icon he deleted, can always access Hub from swiping.

Try running with just the swipe to Hub gesture. It's far more convenient IMHO.
