Is there a way to confirm that we ordered the -5 version that will support TMOBILE wifi calling? I have heard perhaps that only the one's branded with tmobile are able to support the wifi function. I did place the order, but there was no place for me to specify if it was the -5 model for tmobile

I can confirm the -5 model works with tmobile wifi calling. You shouldn't have to specify anything.

I noticed the same thing today it was $399, too bad my nano sim to micro sim adapter came in the mail today. I guess my BB Q10 trials will just have to wait. I'm not sure what the heck BB was thinking, phone don't appreciate in value they depreciate.

Wow, I just checked and sure enough it's back to $499. Glad I bought one last Thursday with the $100 T-mobile promo code making it $299. The only thing I should have done is paid the extra $5.00 for 2-day shipping. Waiting for it to arrive......

I think for my next phone I will wait 6 months after release then the price drop I got my Q10 for over $800 and only one shop sold it damn ripped off. Now it's half the price it's a lot of difference.

I went through the same with my PlayBook.
Now not as bad with the Q10, but it does make one feel a bit "weird" to say the least. But hey, we know it happens. It's part of the way being a consumer works (unless you buy an Apple product because then you know you can definitely resell at relatively high value in the future).

I must admit that I even thought of returning my Q10 and re purchasing because just 4 days after I got mine, price was slashed in half by my carrier with my new contract.
I didn't get to do it though.

Anyways, I'm in the same boat as you. I paid $800 on launch day for my Q10. I knew then that it was overpriced, but I wanted it anyway. The price of being an early adopter.
