    I'm not sure, but it might have something to do with the fact that they actually use another company to fulfill the shopblackberry (dot) com orders.

    Just wanted to follow up. I received the unlocked White Q10 from ShopBlackBerry this morning. They shipped the SQN100-5 model | RFP121LW sub-variant which works perfectly on 4G LTE here in the United States on both T-Mobile and at&t; I am in the Philadelphia area if that matters.

    Did you order the SQN100-5? The website wasn't clear. I assumed it would be the SQN100-1 model.

    You can't specify, but that is the one you will receive. It is the only model that will support LTE on both T-Mobile and at&t no matter where you live in the United States.

    I agree. They should offer worldwide shipping, so their phones could be available to those people whose country's carriers and gadget stores make it difficult for them to purchase a BlackBerry.

    ShopBlackBerry is awful to deal with so use caution when ordering in-case you need to return it because it's the wrong version...
