I'd like to copy an entire text message conversation to Microsoft Word, so I can save a copy of it, and then be able to erase it completely from my Q10 in order to free up memory. Is this possible?

You can.
But only one chat at the time.

You chose the contact chat, as if you want to answer the text. Then, without writing anything, use the three dots button. It lists "copy chat". Just copy it and paste it in a text editing program like word.
